DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS/NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING

Once a product is shipped, you can expect your package within 3-5 business days for domestic shipping. Please refer to tracking sent to you via email, and reach out to the customer service teams of your respective shipping method if delays occur. We cannot control the nature by which our shipping services provide if delays or unexpected means occur.

Once the package is shipped out, we are rely on the postal services to deliver your order, Stella Loo is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Stella Loo is also not responsible for returned or rejected packages due to an invalid shipping address provided by the customer. Please note that if this occurs and the package is returned to Stella Loo, the customer is responsible for any newly incurred shipping costs.

All Items are Handmade therefore orders that are not in stock will be shipped within 10-14 days.

Items in stock will be shipped within 48 hours
