We want you and your pet to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Because every item is made to order, please allow 7–14 business days for processing before shipment. We take pride in creating each piece with care and attention to detail rather than mass-producing products.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

International Shipping: We are happy to ship internationally; however, international shipping rates can be costly, typically starting at $20 USD, with delivery times ranging from 1–4 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.
