We want you and your pet to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

For return requests, please contact us before sending your item back.

Because every item is made to order, please allow 7–14 business days for processing before shipment. We take pride in creating each piece with care and attention to detail rather than mass-producing products.

Orders placed by Friday at 12 Noon CST will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday in the order received.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

International Shipping: We are happy to ship internationally; however, international shipping rates can be costly, typically starting at $20 USD, with delivery times ranging from 1–4 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an international order.

Thank you for supporting handmade, made-to-order products—we believe quality is worth the wait!

Made-to-Order Quality

Every item in our shop is made to order, not mass-produced. We carefully create each piece specifically for your pet after your order is placed, allowing us to focus on quality, attention to detail, and craftsmanship rather than warehouse inventory.

Because each item is individually made, slight variations may occur, making your pet’s accessory uniquely theirs. This made-to-order approach helps reduce waste and ensures that every product receives the care and attention it deserves before arriving at your door. 🐾❤️
